"Performance art" is een kunstvorm die elementen van theater, muziek en beeldende kunst combineert. Ook buiten het theater kan het woord performance gebruikt worden als naam voor optredens met een theatraal karakter, uitgevoerd door één of meer samenwerkende kunstenaars, zoals muzikanten, dichters , stand-upcomedians en beeldend kunstenaars .

Het middagprogramma wordt gevolgd door een publiek avond event met lezingen, korte presentaties van inspirerende artistieke projecten door kunstenaars, wetenschappers, ondernemers, … en de officiële launch van SNOWHOOP via een performance door kunstenaar Pieterjan Ginckels.
